Suggested Cooking Method:


1. Half a chicken, cut to preferred size, and blanch in a pot of boiling water for few minutes. Remove and set aside.


2. Put all the dried herbs and chicken into 1200 ml boiling water and bring to a boil.


3. Lower the heat to the smallest flame and simmer for at least 1.5 hours. Season with salt before serving.
